4. Service Plans and Pricing

4.1 Service Tiers

• Starter Plan: $60 per qualified lead (up to 50 leads/month)
• Professional Plan: $50 per qualified lead (up to 200 leads/month)
• Enterprise Plan: $40 per qualified lead (unlimited)

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon delivery of qualified leads. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. Lead Quality and Guarantees

5.1 Lead Qualification

We guarantee that all delivered leads meet your specified targeting criteria and contain accurate contact information. Leads are verified through our AI-powered validation system.

5.2 Quality Guarantee

If a delivered lead does not meet your specified criteria or contains inaccurate information, we will provide a replacement lead at no additional cost within 30 days of delivery.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
